About the Job
As a claims adjuster with us, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers when they have suffered damage to their property. This can range from broken glasses and dishwashers to an entire household that has burned down. You will meet customers both via phone and digital channels, ensuring that each customer receives a professional and empathetic experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Adjust claims related to property damage for Länsförsäkringar's customers
- Provide support and guidance to customers in a unique and often challenging situation
- Contribute to developing the sustainable insurance company of the future – we actively work to prevent damage and repair rather than replace
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in a committed team with strong cohesion and team spirit

We Are Looking for Someone Who

Requirements:
- Experience in claims adjustment, either through vocational training or work experience as a claims adjuster.
- Experience in customer service
- Experience working with insurance products
- Positive attitude and self-drive
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
Meritorious:
- Experience with property damage
